I've got a '93 prelude si

I can't get to the far right (when facing car) bolt on my headers. My alternator is in the way.

Does the alternator have to come off temporarily to get to this bolt or can you get to it with a specialty wrench?

I can touch it with the wrench, but don't have enough space to be able to turn it.
