Header Techs???

I have a 96 civic HX and I am looking to put on a cat w/ a header. Which header 4-2-1 or straight 4-1. Coated or not coated? I am running an ex exhaust if that helps. Just looking to see which company will give me the biggest bang for the buck. thanx guys
