Is there a difference between an H4 and a 9004 bulb? They have the same base and are dual filament.

The reason I'm wondering is that the oem bulbs are H4 and the only Sylvania Silverstars I can find are 9004.

i think you mean 9003
in that case they are the same .... but 9004s are very different

they have pretty good prices and lots of really cool shit you will never find in stores

if you dont care about the hyperwhite look and just want more output then i strongly suggest the orsam silverstars (orsam is the parent company of sylvania) the sylvanias are 30% brighter the orsams are 50% brighter
