help for camshaft for my turbo b16a2

i want to buy camshaft for my b16a2 turbo
but i can not decide it.
i want to put Honda Oem integra Typer Camshaft
if i put typer camshafts what are the advantages and dis-advantages Typer Camshafts??

which one do you prefer?

Crower 63401T
Intake 11.81 mm 240 @ 1mm
Exhaust 11.30 mm 237 @ 1mm

HONDA OEM Integra Type R
Intake 11.5 mm 240 @ 1mm
Exhaust 10.5 mm 235 @ 1mm

I like the honda camshaft. I would also upgrade your valve springs and retainers if you are going to do cams (typeR again). By doing the springs you will be able to take better advantage of your nice new cam.

i know it i have itr valve springs typer is better then CroweR turbo cams?
