Help h22a timing&balance shafts

Please can anybody tell me how to set the balancer shaft belt in front of the timing belt on h22a or is there no specific timing for the balance shafts (hard to believe there is not) I just cant seem to find any info on it

There is a way it is supposed to be set. check back tonight, I got the file on my computer at home, I'll post it for you tonight if someone doesn't give you the info before then, you can also eliminate the balancer shafts too. search the net for a balancer shaft elimination kit.

Sorry it took so long but here it is. remember to set your timing marks when you line up the balancer shafts
