HELP H23A1 blown up Swap????

Hi Guys, My first post and asking for help. I just purchased a 1996 Prelude with h23a1 and it turns out the motor is junk. #4 Rod exploded and wiped out the block and balance shaft. What would be the alternate choices for a block besides another h23a1??? My head and top end seems fine and I believe it would fit on an accord 2.2??? Just looking for some ideas since this is all new to me......

are you looking for more power?
or ease of swap?

ive never done it myself, but im relatively sure that the H heads can fit on the F (accord) block. but, the h23 blocks are relatively cheap from what i remember when coming across them for sale. that would be easiest.

sticking with another h23 would be easiest unless you have another reason for wanting to swap to another.
