help needles dont glow???

my guage needles dont glow at all and at night i can barely see them. i dont know whats wrong with them.does anyone know what the problem would be??
 
there are little light bulbs at the top of the cluster, not in the cluster but at the top off to its self they might have went bad or a fuse, the needles them self dont light up,,or make sure you dont have your dimmer off
