help! timing adjustment on d15b

need some help... i gotta d15b and i cant get the timing belt to tension right..its way too loose. :huh:
 
get a manual for like $16 I got the same motor and Ive done the timing belt on my car before but Im drawing a blank on how it tentions it should have a tentioner for the timing belt???
 
well i have tightened the tensioner all the way and its still too loose..also which timing mark on the crank pulley do i use? theres like 3 lil ones and one by itself
 
ok...got ignition but still not firing up. the timing marks line up on the crank but the lower mark on the cam pulley is off a hair...
