I have a 95 honda accord vtec and my rpms rev to 5500 and stop. Its not throwing any codes at all and we just changed the oil, oil filter, put all new plugs, an intake, and a breather on it. and it still stops at 5500. and at the same time the vtec isnt working right or its not kicking in at the right rpms. Someone help me out on what to do.
