Help w/camgear settings

Would any one know how to set skunk2 stage 2 cams with stock cam gears....??

Should i put the keys strait up or should i go off the cam gears lines??

Right know i have them set off the cam gears line or makes, and the car seems to be fine untill i rev to about 8000 or more it lags.......... I have portflow springs and retainers...

also how can i tell what stage cams i have ?? I'm thinking maybe i might have got the stage one and not the stage 2 ,, i see a # 2 on the casting but dose that mean any thing ??

With stock cam gears, you have to keep the cam timing stock. With the cam-key in, you should only be able to put the gears on at 0,0.
