help with 1999 dodge ram ball joints

i am doing front upper and lower ball joints on a 1999 dodge ram 1500 4x4. i was wondering if anyone knows of a tool for putting the front axels back in. i know there is a problem with the seals popping out when reinstalling the front axels. if anyone can help me or has done this job before i would be grateful to any information that could be useful.

The seals slide on with the axle.

i was told there are 2 seals inside the axel tubes just before the diff.
