I just swaped in my b16A into my 89 crx fire it up and it wants to stop at 7000 whats up with that? I changed ecus but not sure what jdm one it is.
 
its a pw0 ecu and I justed fired up so now it idles high, but also check engine light is on but didnt get code yet
