could anyone help me which head gasket should i use for my ls vtec should i use the ls head gasket or should i use the gsr vtec gasket or if any other head gasket that would fit please tell me

Next time try searching and reading a little before you post. The reference section has 3 or 4 articles on building an LS/VTEC.

Anyway, you need an LS head gasket.
