High output coil

    i was looking threw my summit magazine and saw there sport compact ignition kit with highoutput coil that has 48,000 volts, does anyone know a d16z6 voltage?? im sure this is a waste of time but wanted to know , from what iv heard honda ignition systems are bad ass to begin with - thanks

    you dont need a aftermarket ignition until you start pushing some serious horsepower,I dont know the exact numbers for your engine but if its not turboed or n2o you dont need

    the older obd0 dizzys were weaker... but the newer ones are pretty good for 400 hp ish.... but again, each dizzy is different.

    im going 100% stock on my setup ignition wise. i'll let you know how it fares.
