I need to replace my breaks for my 99 DX. I don't want to change the size of the breaks or anything like that. What brand/type of disk and pads should I go with. I know nothing about breaks.

Brembo blank rotors (a lot of people like the autozone ones with the "lifetime" waranty ... i prefer the brembos)

Hawk HPS pads for normal to agressive daily driving with some autoX/track use

Hawk HP+ pads for very agressive driving with a good ammount of track use

i also recomend a high temp fluid

ATE super blue (smurff jiz) is all i would even consider here
