hey all, new here. got a '99 civic coupe LS which is the 1.6 non vtec.

i am based over here in England, UK and there aint much about this luvly car.

anybody help me out with what kind of mods i can do?

are there any off the shelf turbo kits for this car?

I'm not sure of the engine code on that motor, could you grab it off the block and post it? It will be much easier to help.

I think it is a D16. I don't know of any other 1.6L non-VTEC engines produced in that year.

If someone knows otherwise please post it.

well, in the case that it is a d16, yes, they do have off the shelf turbo kits for your car. Greddy makes a nice one, and when upgraded with an intercooler, can make for a very nice setup.

Do you reckon a honda civic Si aftermarket parts would fit on to my non vtec?
apart from cams which are obviously very different.
