BBC SPORT | Motorsport | Formula One | Global crisis ends Honda F1 dream
That does suck....economy is killing everything....I imagine one of my favorite magazines Project Car is gone also they only had like 7 or 8 issues and I have not be able to find there new issue
only 18 car left in F1
formula one is so awesome too...
audi also pulled out of le mans
Nah, I think they're still around. Their issues kind of get released whenever they get around to it...just keep checking the magazine rack...
honda really wasnt doing too well. and scott speed was running nascar instead of F1...that should say a lot.
god damn.. the economy is just fucking up everything!
its imploding the earth basically.
its so weird how something can fuck the whole world up, but no one wants to help.
just because it cites the economy doesn't mean thats why. you have to read a little deeper into the stories. look at the race results. look at the popularity of racing and the leagues that are hot.
if a race league is popular, everybody will make money. if nobody likes the league, you have to pull out because it's not financially intelligent to keep dumping money into it. it doesn't mean they are actually going broke, its' just not profitable.
thats good to know thanks for the info
So... who is going to be the leader? I havent watched F1 in so long, last I knew Honda was dominating.
Honda dominated F1? When?
Right now its a decent battle between McLaren, Ferrari and BMW.
you're thinking of indy racing league
The heart of honda died in 2000. And now its soul.
Without the endless R&D of the F1 program, they will be pretty much at a standstill in engine/suspension/performance engineering. Hello chevrolet.
The new TL-S is supposed to be all that everyone ever dreamed of when it came to a luxury performance sedan.
SH-AWD, 300+ hp, and 6 speed manual.
audi just dropped out of ALMS
posted that 5 days ago, lol
son of a bitch
the R10 was awesome
