Honda Questions

K I just purchased a 1987 honda crx and the engine is carburated im thinking of putting a D16A1 from a 88 intergra into it to make it fuel injected. my questions are on the integra engine are the pistons and rods Forged? and also do i have to do any modifications to the honda itself in order for the integra engine to fit?

If anyone has Anwsers to these Questions it would be much appreciated thanks for your time and looking at this.

i wouldnt believe that they are forged, and the motor fits in just fine as far as im aware

The engine sawp has been done many times. Are you sure there is a carb in there? I believe you will have to swap gas tanks, add fuel lines and change the fuel pump to change over to FI .
