hood issue

just dropped a b18 into my 92 eg hatchy. hood barely closes and touches top of motor. was thinking of putting washers on hood bolts to raise it. any other suggestions? and could i possibly use the stock d15 axles b.c i dont feel like going to pry the half axle left on my integra off
 
I think he's saying when you put on the b series axles the hood will close correctly, and you should have no clearance issues.
