Actually it sounded more like it was the navigator yelling at the driver. And it could have been worse, there was one on WRC, where they went off a cliff and rolled down and landed on the side of the car leaning up against a tree still on the side of the mountain and then the car catches fire.

Fortuntately harness latchs are a lot easier to get to then OEM seatbelt ones.
