How do I replace the low beam bulb for my 1pc

For my 1-piece halo projector on my 92-95 civic hatch, my low beam bulb blew out, so I need to replace. I am having a difficult time trying to take out the light bulb that appears to be attached to the wiring stuff. How do I take it out???

1. unplug wiring

2. remove bulb

3. insert new bulb

4. plug wires back in

no no no, it doesn't look that simple. Normally, you can just pull the bulb right out on a regular headlight... but in the 1pc projector, the bulb and the wire that gives it power are attached, like they're glued on or melted on or something (not really sure). Do I just.. yank the bulb out really hard and hope that I won't break anything... or is there a certain way to take out the light bulb?
