Can anybody explain to me how street racers use scanners to keep themselves safe from cops??? Are they reliable? :blink:

yeah they're reliable but the extra weight plus the drag by the antenna will slow down your ET Y0. :eek:

I heard from my cousin there are hand helds.

Isn't the dispatcher in the center of the city??? What about nearby cops in the area your racing??
