How do you tell what engine you have?

    I have a 1990 civic with a motor from japan that came with a silver valve cover. I think its a 1.5 liter but whats the number code D15B2? or something else?

    down on the passenger side of the motor right where the tranny joins the motor up front theres a little flat square areal that will have the motor code stamped on it, that will tell you

    really?!?

    i always thought it was a 2.2 ltr.. we've had some rocket scientists here on HS lately
