How to fix a leaky sunroof?

my sunroof is starting to leak in my 3rd gen lude. i think its on the two back corners of it, like the rubber is deteorating(Sp), and i was thinking about taking it to a dealership and have them put a new seal around the glass so when it closes it seals properly again. i just dont wanna get rapped for the cost. any ideas?
