how to hold flywheel w/o the tool?

I'm trying to get the bolts out of the flywheel but I'm by myself and I can't put enough force on the wrench and the prybar at the same time.

what can I jam in the teeth of the flywheel to keep it still?

nylon rope in the cylinder during the compression stroke

or, i just get a bigass bar and crank on it real quick, like high impact and they usually break loose.

Put 2 bolds halfway threaded into the flywheel at 9 and 6 o'clock, and use a prybar or a long screwdriver to hold the flywheel in place. Works for me every time.
