how to tune p13

i was wondering where i can get my ecu chipped/tunned i know someone who can do it to a p28 ecu but i have an h22a swap in my 91 and the ecu is a p13 and he cant do that ecu, so im trying to figure out what to do.......the ecu is obd1 also

you can use a p28 on your car with an h22 base map + tune. you will lose knock sensor control and IAB if your h22 has the dual runner intake manifold.

awesome...i know someone that can do it, but is there any good sites that are safe to buy a p28 from and anything in particular i should get on the tune, like vtec engage at dif rpm.....2 stage vtec, 2 step anything like that?
