HX CVT to EX MT to HX MT Nightmare

So I made a huge mistake.

I bought an HX cvt that had been converted to EX manual.

I want to convert it to HX Manual specs but the problem is I don't know what transmission or camshaft it is running.

As far as I can tell it has the manual throttle body.

What differences, other than the cam, are there between the ex and hx head?

Answered my own question this morning; I took the valve cover off and I have the special rockers to control one set of the intake valves so that it will run in lean mode. Now I just have to wire the 5 wire O2 sensor instead of replacing the head too!

Thanks Chaz, any idea where EKs usually get problems related to the gas tank pressure sensor?
