what spring rate is everyone with hybrids running. I'm leaning towards 400 front 300 rear.
 
anyone? I'm going to by ground controls and I need to let the guy know they come 350f/275r and for $40 more he will get me 400f/300r
 
How are you defining hybrid?

I am running H&R Race springs in the rates that come for the 93 Integra. I am not sure what they are.
 
civic with bseries engine. Most people adjust their spring rate because of added weight
 
lol, that and you have a different car so i would expect the rates to be different. GC's come in 350f/275r but I'm thinking of paying the extra $40 and getting the higher rate, I guess I'll just call them tomorrow and talk to them about it.
 
i have 750lb springs in the front and 1000lb rate springs in the rear on stock type-r shocks...

ground control makes the springs, you should check out the 1000lb rate ones if you seriously into drag racing... they are stiff as fuck
