hyper-flex bushings

I bought the energy suspension hyper-flex kit for my 240 and was wondering if anyone has any experience with these bushings. i was also wondering if there is any way to press bushings without a hydraulic press?

to get the old bushes out, melt them, then use a hacksaw to cut the sleeve in 2 spots to relieve the sleeve pressure and then you just pop in the ES bushes.

Or save countless hours, spend $100 at northern tool and buy a cheap hydraulic press.
