Ok...I need to know what ECU came in the 92/95 civics with a D16Z6??? P30 or P28 or what?

And someone wants to sell me a JDM 1.5B motor...Hmotors says it has 130 hp?? How can that be out of a 1.5 single over head cam motor?? Is it right like the D16Z6 over here or what??? Some more info would be great!!! Thanks....

P28 came in the 92-95 civics.

It is quite possible a 1.5 engine has 130hp. Bump the compression and thats just one of several ways you can add power to a low displacement engine.
