No one will be able to tell you how much power you will make because there are too many things that can affect it. I have herd of people making up to 135 at the wheels though if that helps at all. It basicaly all comes down to the tuning. If you do this swap I strongly recomend using a higher octane to prevent detonation which could happen from the increased compression.

dood, look up the specs
y8 head is ~125 hp, however thats not to the wheels, and thats stock.
So look to the wheels stock 110 or so, with mods up to 140.
Dont' be expecting anything amazing out of that. . but it's a good little project. I'm currently doing a Z6 swap, and if all goes well maybe turbo as well.

Swaping a z6 or y8 head onto an a6 block will make more power then a stock z6 or y8 will make do to the higher compression. And by the way a stock y8 makes 127, the z6 makes 125.
