I need someone to write a simple internet application that can record the following information that shows up on this webpage:

Need a program that keeps track of posts on the apartment section of Craigslist. All it needs to do is read the Head Lines. It needs to keep track of 3 things: the number of bedrooms, the price, and location. The program will tell me the frequency of each every day - and the total number of posts each day.
