iat sensor prob.

Ok car is 93 del sol. Motor is 94 Integra ls. Problem is after about ten min of driving. Light for jar comes on. Well code does. Changed the sensor twice and still comes on.also if I unplug the sensor then the code for it and oxygen sensor comes on. Plug it back in and its just code for iat. Could it be the cat not letting enough inflow through making kight come on. I have not checked cat due to just guessing on it. Also intake has no leak. Sorry for bad spelling. On phone.

I dont think that the iat has anything to do with the exhaust. It measures the temp of the air coming into the intake, so the cat should have no effect on it. These pics should help you do some trouble shooting.

Thanks for the info. I know it has nothing to do with exhaust was just checking lol just trying all possibilities.. I will try those Tom.
