Have a 1999 Honda Accord 4 cyl., when the car is in park and I hit the gas the rpm's raise but when it comes back down it will either die out or idle very low an almost die out but then raise back to normal. It only does this in park or neutral and not when it is normally being driven. I already checked the plugs and wires (both fine) there is no cel on.....If anyone has any insight as to what this could be please respond.
