I just currently bought a 95 integra ls and it came with full apex exhaust, injen intake, and msd ignition coil but the car has 160,000 miles on it. do you think it is worth it to do more work to? like put a turbo on it?
 
i would leave it. if you really want to turbo it, just do a compression test. that will tell you a lot.

umm...what i'm trying to say to you is mileage doesn't matter. if the engine was babied and well taken care of, turbo it. the only way you will know what kind of shape it is in is to do a compression test. you can also take the head off and inspect it, but i don't know how mechanically inclined you are.
 
hmmm you could rebuild the bottom end and then break it in and put the turbo on
 
it just depends what pistons and rods your gonna use i would us some aftermarket pistons to help strengthen your rods and pistons so you can run more boost on their
