Is their anyway to make a B18A1 strong?

I have a hotrod but since no one with a 4banger likes to race V8s I bought a 93 Acura Integra for cheap off a friend. If their anyway to give it some decent power without having to spend 3 grand and whats the cheapest ways to get HP. Thanks.

junkyard turbo. just dont skimp on fuel managment and you'll be fine.
