is this right if I do my ZC mini me it comes out to 12:1 compression it did it on ZealAutowerks - Honda Compression Calculator it went from 9.5:1 to 12:1 thats alot isn't it?

you must be doing something wrong - a SOHC ZC with D16Z6 head has compression ratio of about 9.7:1 and with a D16Y8 head it is about 10.1:1 - sounds like you may be using DOHC ZC PM7 pistons in the calculator - the SOHC ZC has same pistons as a D16A6 which are PM6
