itr gauge cluster

i bought a itr gauge cluster today for 150 at a local shop, looks good and works fine cept the fuel needle. it tips to full and then goes to empty, it does it everytime i crank up but it never finds the right spot to stop at. also ABS light always stays on. anyone know how to fix this?
