You can buy alcohol and you're only 19?

In Oregon you can't legally purchase or consume alcohol till you're 21.
 
Happy Birthday!! If you live in southern CT like me, you would have to go to Port Chester, NY to get beer after 8, or 9 if your lucky. But i dont drink so i dont give a fuck. Drinking is bad, why drink and drive when you can smoke and fly?
 
federal law is 21.

They won't serve me at the bar, but they'll let me walk away with a 12 pack a lot of the times, they just haven't ID'd me. Even if they did, I would have sent one of the chicks that was with me and 21 in to get it.
