98+ b18cR=210hp/134tq

If that's all you're comparing, then there are much cheaper ways to get 10hp, lol.

it'd be mostly to make for an easier swap into an obd-2b vehicle, i believe.

i.e. 98+ engine for 98+ civics. wiring much easier

He's talking about putting an obd2b engine into an obd2b chassis. That'd be the easiest swap, since you know... they're both obd2b and all.

But yes, it was irrelevant considering the forum this topic is in.

edit: I agree with Liam, there are cheaper ways to get that 10 hp difference back out of the engine.
