That's exactly it what problems will I run into and info do I need to know. I know it's been done bit can't find anything on it. If someone knows of a build thread that someone has done please point me to it!!!! If someone has done this please help me out and give me some info on what peoblems i need to fix to Complete this swap.
 
no the head on the JDM f22b is nearly identical to the USDM h23 and supposably the bottom end is simmaler to the f22a-b1-2. And the head on the JDM f22b is non-vtec and the h22 is
 
What your trying to make is a turbo motor / the Frankenstein of Prelude engines. You will need a slighly thicker head gasket to prevent valve tap other than that I'm not really sure with out looking deeper into the issue.
