i have an automatic jdm gsr ecu...does anyone know if it is possible to convert it to a 5 speed ecu so i can make use of it?...if so, how?....thnx

not in any way trying to sound rude, but i already knew that.....the thing about this ecu is that it has 4 plug slots, kinda like some h22 ecus and it has that big square processor chip like the obd2 ecus have.....doesn't look like any obd1 ecu i have ever seen and i can't find an rp17 or 18 anywhere on the board either....that's y i was askin for help on this oddball...but still, thanx for the help....hope this ecu doesn't end up bein a big paper weight

Negative. The JDM auto GSR ecu is unique, and cannot be converted.

Sorry to say you have yourself a large paperweight.
