ok i was thinking of building up my internals to i can run more power in my engine. i have to get new rods pistons rings and get it sleeved so if any of you can help me out on givin me some places where i can get the stuff i need and its not gonna break my majorly that would be great.

Try making the crank a little lighter, balanced, ultralite rods, with some 7 CC dome Wiseco pistons, which should give you in the mid to high 11's with a resurfaced head and block. You can get them up to 89 MM bore.

That will be a good start, block wise, and run 91 octane.
