jdm shortblock,usdm head???

just bought a jdm b16 shortblock now im wondering if i get a usdm head will it work? and can i use a obd0 distributor on this head? will it be smog legal??

Yes the usdm B16 head will work, and yes you can use the obd 0 distributor, as far as being smog legal....it depends on where you live and if you have connections at a local emissions inspection station.
