The accord I scored was cheap but disgusting. My mom put it best when I first showed her the car, "Its filthy". Well I took that to heart and 5 cans of foam cleaner, two destroyed towels, a no-longer-useable toothbrush, and lots of bolting/unbolting/clipping/unclipping later I have what I think is a pretty respectable interior.

Basically removed everything (even plastic trim) and cleaned it individually then put it back in. I didn't pull the carpet because I really dont care about it, but every inch of it got shampooed. Here's the end result.

Even cleaned the stuff under the seats. Found broken glass and a .22 round under the back seat, all gone now.

Tips Learned From This Experience
---------------------------------------------
1.) Dont force anything unless you KNOW it needs to be forced. Shit tons of plastic clips hold things together
2.) Bag and document all your bolts/screws, it took me way too long to figure out where everything went
3.) When you pull the front seats, make sure the sliders dont move. I had one side slide just a click off and it took me 15 minutes to get the seat back in.
4.) Tuff Stuff Foam cleaner and a toothbrush will get any dirt/grime off your vinyl, period.... it is the shit.

I'll be posting more on my efforts to get this car back in tip top shape. If you have any questions regarding your accords interior let me know.

Yea, you find some weird shit when you first clean a car. I bought my teg from a teacher and the spare tire compartment was FILLED with tongue depressers, probably was in the hundreds. My old friend bought a beautiful 89 300ZX TT and when cleaning it out he found something like 25 crack viles.

Looks nice man. Good job.

When I switched my gauge bezels in my Escort I found a picture of a little black girl from 1995 that had slipped down there. :)
