K series oil filters on B series engine

I have heard that you can use K series oil filters on B series engines and that it is supposed to raise your oil pressure because the K filters are a little smaller volume wise. I'm going to buy like 10 filters or so for doing my own oil changes and was wondering if it would be worth it to pay about $1 more per filter for a slight (value unknown) raise in oil pressure

anyone know more about this or have opinions on it?
