K20 swap

Does anyone know if swapping a K20 (type S) motor into a 3rd gen integra is a hard swap or not. Is it worth swapping it.. Im just unsure of the transmission and shift linkage situation going from a 5 to a 6sp. So i really need to know if this swap is not just good but do-able and not a pain in the ass to do..

SCC had a howto in one of hteir articles a few months back. You'd need these though fo sho:
