Loss of Compression (re-torque head?)

What is the recommended amount of miles before a head must be retorqued? because i went from a 150 to a 120 psi range i am going to retorque it today but i wanted to make sure that that is the loss in PSI.



i have a zc with arp head studs and originally i had put 65 lbs on them the first time in steps of course and in order

help on this quick would be apprecitated

^ What he said. You should only need to torque them the first time. Did your car smoke white smoke at all?

Try a leak down test and if you are losing pressure listen to where it is coming from that should tell you where you are losing compression.
