ls head on a d16y8 block?

has anyone head of this? my friend at honda said it can be done, since he has done one, so he sez. any truth to this?

ive heard of that, they got to do some drilling on the block for water ports and i beleave you got to get a plate to put that head on there but ive heard of that never seen it though
