Ls Vtec Timing Setting Need Help

Hey well i just built a ls/v with b16 head b18b1 block now im just stuck on the timing i have both cam gears pointing up and the bottom crank has a point that is also pointing straight up is this the way it should be if not could someone help me out thanks.

Align that TDC mark on the crank pulley with the pointer on the timing belt cover.

This just reminded me to make sure so spin the crank to TDC for cylinders 1 and 4 before I remove the head. Makes for easier timing adjustment later.
